ANS: We guarantee all products are genuine, sourced directly from brands or authorized agents, so you can shop with confidence.


🚚 Logistics & Delivery
•  Q3: What delivery options are available?

ANS:We offer local courier, SF Express, and international shipping (depending on the region). Details are available on the checkout page.

•  Q4: How long does delivery take?

ANS:Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days. Local delivery takes approximately 2–5 working days. Delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.

•  Q5: Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges
•  Q6: What should I do if there’s an issue with my product?

ANS:Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll arrange a return, exchange, or refund.

•  Q7: Can all products be returned?

ANS: Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within the specified period. Sale items, used products, or specific items are non-returnable.

ANS: Register on our website or sign up in-store for free.

ANS: Members enjoy reward points, exclusive discounts, priority event or tournament registration, and synchronized offers for both in-store and online shopping.

ANS: Earn 10 points for every HK$100 spent. Points can be redeemed for discounts or gifts and are valid for 12 months.

ANS: 
Shop B, 1/F, Shing Lee Industrial Building, 45-47 Au Pui Wan Street, Fo Tan, Hong Kong. Open daily from 13:00 to 00:00.

•  Q12: Does the store have dart machines or a trial area?


ANS: Yes, we provide 4 DARTSLIVE 2 machines and 4 DARTSLIVE 3 machines for trial and play.


🎯 Darts Product Knowledge
•  Q13: Which darts should beginners choose?


ANS: We recommend 16–18g soft-tip dart sets, which are beginner-friendly and affordable. In-store trial services are available.

•  Q14: Can dart shafts, flights, and barrels be replaced?


ANS: Yes, you can customize components to adjust weight and stability based on personal preference.


📦 Other Questions
•  Q15: Can I cancel or modify my order?


ANS: Orders are difficult to modify once processed, so please contact us promptly. Shipped orders cannot be canceled or changed.

•  Q16: Are there corporate or group purchase discounts?
